Gok Wan is one of Britain's best-loved television personalities — a fashion stylist, presenter and author who has become a powerful champion of body confidence and self-acceptance.

Born in Leicester to a Chinese father and English mother, Gok became famous through his Channel 4 series How to Look Good Naked, which transformed the lives and self-esteem of women of all shapes and sizes. His warm, funny and empathetic presenting style won him millions of fans.

His work has consistently championed diversity, body positivity and self-confidence at a time when these conversations were just beginning to enter mainstream culture. He has also been open about his own struggles with body image as a young man, making his message all the more powerful.

A talented chef as well as a television presenter, Gok has also shared his passion for Chinese cookery through books and television programmes celebrating his heritage.
